rehoming my dog in Talladega, Alabama

This breaks my heart but we are having to rehome my pit bull. We were told we can't have him where we live. He is 5 months old, he is micro chipped (3/3/2016), fixed (3/3/2016), rabies vaccinated(December) and had all shots (parvo etc).  I will get his vet records if needed. He is crate trained and house trained. I am devastated at having to get rid of him. He is great with kids, not sure about other animals. He is kinda skiddish at first getting to know someone. He comes with his favorite treats, all the food I have, his chew toys and his crate. He knows basic commands, like sit and speak. My heart is breaking so if you want him I'm asking 100 dollars rehoming fee because of all the money I've put into him. We have had him since he wws 4 weeks old.
